Founding Team
Andrew Gwadiva (Co-Founder & CEO) and Dr. Francesco Muia (Co-Founder & CTO) combine their expertise in emerging markets, renewable energy, venture capital data analytics and advanced technologies.
Andrew has a strong background in leading climate projects and green technology investments. He held senior roles at GreenTec Capital Group and Verdant Frontiers Fund, co-founded a successful platform that achieved an exit and deployed over $80M in sustainable investments. He holds an MSc. Finance & Investments, a BSc. Actuarial Science and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
Dr. Francesco has a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, he is an expert in data analytics, machine learning, and physics-informed AI, with over 15 years of experience. He led international research projects under a Stephen Hawking Fellowship and holds an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi. His academic credentials include postdoctoral positions at the University of Cambridge, Oxford University and DESY.
